“So I happened to stay at the Holiday inn chilliwack. I met their front desk manager who was not only hospitable but knew his job well. I generally don’t give reviews but this one is for you Roy. My fight got. Cancelled and I had to book the room and wanted a flexible rate for the night. But everywhere I looked it was expensive when I called the hotel he was the one who gave the a price that was not only flexible but also got me some additional discount and I could check as I compared the price. He plus made me an IHG member so quickly, not to forget I was at the airport so he booked me a cab so that I didn’t have to do it. When I arrived to the hotel he mentioned to me that everything was all ready and tidy for me. He upgraded me to a suit and told me that the pool is ready and waiting for me. This hotel has a very clean pool and one must go there. They don’t have an in house resturant but that fair it was mentioned to me the reason as it’s an express hotel. But a big thank for Roy to help me get a good price. He came in early as well to help me check out though his shift started late. I will ask my company as well to book out stays with this hotel and get in touch with Ajay. Thank you again to the entire team. The housekeeping here is also very friendly. 100 % clean hotel with very professional staff. I will come back.”

“I’ve been staying at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Chilliwack for over a year now, and it’s become my go-to whenever I’m in the area. The staff here are exceptional—consistently friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Adrianna at the front desk deserves a special mention. She’s always calm, professional, and easy to talk to, which makes every check-in feel effortless. The breakfasts are fantastic. I’ve heard some people say there isn’t much variety, but I completely disagree. I’ve stayed at Holiday Inns all across Canada, and this location easily has one of the best selections I’ve seen. The breakfast staff are incredibly sweet and welcoming—honestly some of the nicest people you’ll meet. The rooms are comfortable and well-kept. Even the ones facing the Trans-Canada Highway are quieter than you’d expect, which is a big plus. I genuinely love staying here and will absolutely keep coming back.”

“So my boyfriend booked the holiday inn chilliwack as we had come down to see the Tulip festival. This review is for Roy who works at the front desk. He is very professional with his work and also gave me a room exactly how I wanted it as per our request. The best part! the staff here is very very very helpful. We couldn’t find parking but this gentleman removed his car from the parking and gave us his parking spot which was actually very sweet of him and welcoming ofcourse. We booked a suite and the room was very spacious and they have a pool area-super clean, simply amazing! Parking could be challenging but staff here handles it very well. Hotel - very clean Pool - very clean Staff - very professional Breakfast- very tasty Check in process - Very quick Check out - also very good. I am going to visit this place again for sure in future and this hotel is going to be my ultimate preference! We have stayed at couple other places and I must say, the feeling of staying here was quite different in its own unique positive way.”

“We were on the 4th floor and spent 3 nights at this hotel! We arrived for a late check in, and the staff were very welcoming to us even at night! They provided a thorough explanation of our room and the amenities, which there are tons! 24 hour gym, coffee and tea, amongst other things. The bed is the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in, including the dreamy pillows! The shower was awesome, with wonderful water pressure and got warm quickly, which is always appreciated. Throughout the days, we’ve been treated exceptionally well! The breakfast was amazing everyday with different options! We will only be staying here from now on.”
